Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Tax Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and assisting with financial analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare various tax returns including individual, corporate, partnership, and trust returns
- Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements to ensure accuracy
- Assist clients in tax planning and compliance
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve tax-related issues
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks and Accounting CS
- Strong knowledge of financial sales, financial accounting, and balance sheet reconciliation
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information
- General ledger reconciliation expertise
- Solid understanding of sales tax regulations
